Fall Semester 2016

For this project I was tasked with creating a 2 story work space for Twitter’s new office located in lower Manhattan.

The office features a welcoming reception area, an Executives “village”, multiple open working spaces and stadium style staircase, all evoking the feeling of being in nature.

Requirements:

• Multi level space with 2 stairwells

• Kitchen, cafeteria & lounge spaces

• Executive space

• Open work stations, meeting corners,

• embrace columns & incorporate into design
