Spring 2021- Present

This is a commercial project during my tenure at Brett Helsham Designs. We started with one location in Greenpoint Brooklyn, and expanded to a second location in Long Island City.

Role: Junior Interior Designer & Project Manager

Project scope:

• Create a functional space plan, using our design sense while also adhering to brand guidlines.

• Manage project spreadsheet

• Source FF&E for client and corporate approval

• Purchase approved FF&E, manage project budget and spreadsheet, receive and inspect deliveries

• Coordinate with developers at site, as well as multiple vendors for custom millwork, and AV planning.

• Manage site in person to maintain timeline, and oversee contractors and vendors installing

• Submit weekly client recap emails and presentations for Lead designer Approval

• Efficiently provide answers and solutions to client questions and needs
