Liberty Penthouse

Spring 2021- Winter 2022

This is a residential project in Tribeca, NYC. The clients requested assistance with gutting and renovating their master bathroom. The one bathroom evolved into all the bathrooms throughout the residence. The design direction was modern and airy, with hints of industrial detail.

Role: Junior Interior Designer & Project Manager

Project scope:

  • Renovate all bathrooms throughout the residence to create more up to date well designed spa like spaces for the family.

  • Manage project spreadsheet

  • Source FF&E for client approval

  • Purchase approved FF&E, manage project budget and spreadsheet, receive and inspect deliveries

  • Coordinate with contractor on site, as well as multiple vendors for custom millwork, and AV planning.

  • Manage site in person to maintain timeline, and oversee contractors and vendors installing

  • Submit weekly client recap emails and presentations for Lead designer Approval

  • Efficiently provide answers and solutions to client questions and needs
