This project marks my debut as a Freelance Interior Designer and Project Manager. The client allowed me to guide the design direction, and I went with a Warm Minimalist Design Scheme, and driving the importance of consistent materiality throughout the space.

Project scope:

  • Create a well synergistic design to the client’s desires while maintaining my brand identity including materials, and furniture.

  • Gut renovate kitchen and bathrooms

  • Upgrade electrical and plumbing to code

  • Refinish floors

  • Oversee contractors, receive FF&E, provide solutions to client for unexpected developments, manage project timeline and budget.
